POOL IN THE PARK

Public BBQ

This local pool provides an ideal setting for picnics and swimming, with affordable rates and good facilities, including snack options. The pool, while old, is a valued community resource, offering a great place for families, especially on hot days. However, there have been disappointments regarding the removal of diving boards and issues with the slide's operation. The water games area and large pool are highlights, but the amenities can feel insufficient during busy events. While generally clean, there are concerns about maintenance and cleanliness, especially with bird droppings and long grass at times. The pool's policy of opening based on temperature has caused some frustration among locals. Despite these issues, the friendly staff and family-friendly atmosphere make it a popular destination for summer days, school events, and even birthday parties. The pool's simple, no-frills approach is appreciated by many looking for a place to cool off and enjoy the outdoors.
